Rock N’ Roll Sushi signs go up at Tioga

Signage is officially up at Rock N’ Roll Sushi in Newberry.

Their new 1,950 square-foot space is located at Tioga Town Center and is “boasting concepts and flavors that are big, bold, and loud,” and offering both American-style sushi with Rock N’ Roll style.

“We hope to offer an approachable and enjoyable sushi experience” CEO Chris Kramolis said in a press release. “We love creating an atmosphere for people to relax and lessen the intimidation-factor for Sushi.”

The Tioga Town Center restaurant will be the first location in the North Central Florida region and will “aim to please everyone,” from first-timers to long-time sushi fans.

The restaurant will blend American Rock N’ Roll décor, paired with an expansive menu. Authentic classic rock music videos will be featured on-screen, and all items on the menu are made fresh to order.

Favorite menu items include made-from-scratch wontons, Ahi Tuna Salad and Headbanger Shrimp Appetizers, Classic Sushi Rolls, Specialty “Headliner” Sushi Rolls, Nigiri and Sashimi, Hibachi, desserts and a kid’s menu.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi will open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, and will also offer beer, wine and sake. The new Tioga Town Center restaurant is planning to open its doors in June, if not sooner. Follow the progress at the Tioga Town Center Facebook page.
