CCSO investigates Fort White armed robbery

Fort White North Florida Pharmacy robbery suspect at frond door and car Hyundai Sonata

A man armed with a handgun robbed the North Florida Pharmacy in Fort White Thursday afternoon, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO).

CCSO detectives are investigating the incident that occurred just before 4 p.m.

Security camera footage shows the suspect was wearing gloves, a mask, navy blue pants, a dark-colored jacket and camouflage hat and fled in a silver or blue Hyundai Sonata.

A previous robbery occurred on Aug. 2, 2021, at the same location. CCSO detectives believe the same person may have committed Thursday’s robbery. The suspect on Aug. 2 left the scene in a white Ford pickup.
