Starke Bradford topples Clearwater American Collegiate 14-12

Starke Bradford poked just enough holes in Clearwater American Collegiate’s defense to garner a taut 14-12 victory in a Florida high school football matchup. .

The Tornadoes withstood the Legion’s last-gasp comeback in the final period to eventually earn the win.

Starke Bradford’s upper hand showed as it carried a 14-6 lead into the fourth quarter.

The Tornadoes’ offense darted to a 7-6 lead over the Legion at halftime.

Both teams were shutout in the first quarter.
