The city of Gainesville will present its inaugural “The Great Pumpkin Bash” at Bo Diddley Plaza on Saturday.

This free festival will run from noon to 5 p.m. at 111 East University Ave. in downtown Gainesville.

The event will feature a variety of festive activities, including a corn maze, games, a pumpkin patch, delicious food, face painting, a themed photo booth, a pumpkin carving contest and more.
