Position: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: Up to 32 hours per week
Pay: $20.92 per hour

The Town of Micanopy is seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support daily Town Hall operations. This position plays an important role in customer service, document preparation, records support, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist residents, visitors, and callers
– Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports
– Support records management and digital filing
– Assist with agendas, notices, and meeting materials
– Maintain office supplies and scheduling
– Perform basic website and communication updates
