ARTSPEAKS’ 12th Annual “Courageous Young Voices,” a youth poetry and creative expression showcase, is slated for Sunday, March 8, at the Historic Thomas Center in Gainesville.
The free event is at 4 p.m. at 302 NE 6th Ave. and brings together students from Alachua County and the surrounding communities to share their powerful voices through the art of poetry, spoken-word, storytelling and other forms of creative expression.
Celebrating 12 years of showcasing youth poetry and creativity, ARTSPEAKSgnv, Inc., continues to provide a safe and encouraging platform for young people to express themselves.
