Dance Alive National Ballet (DANB) will host its 27th annual Great Halloween Costume Sale on Saturday, Sept. 12, at Pofahl Studios in Gainesville.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1325 NW Second St. No sales will be made before 9 a.m. and all proceeds will support DANB’s arts education programs.
The sale, presented by Dance Alive and The Next Generation, will feature costumes for adults and children, including hip-hop, jazz, ballet, contemporary and tap costumes.
All costumes will be priced between $5 and $10. Some costumes have never been worn and originally retailed for $75.
The sale offers an opportunity to find costumes for children’s play groups, dress-up activities or adult costume parties.
