Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty announced that it finalized the sale of a $5.8 million medical facility at 9092 SW 70th Lane.
The property is 1.6 acres and houses a 12,735-square-foot building directly off of SW Archer Road.
Broker Robert Wainland of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty represented the buyer, New 9092 SW 70th Lane LLC.
“The property was marketed for approximately 120 days until my buyer executed a contract. With a long-term lease and the additional acquisition of an adjacent parcel, the buyer felt it was a good asset in a growing part of Gainesville, Florida,” said Wainland in a press release.
