The Gainesville Harley-Davidson dealership received two company awards for customer service and dedication to the Harley-Davidson community on Thursday.

Steve Sabo, the field service manager for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., presented the 2023 Silver Bar & Shield and Platinum Premiere Service awards at Thursday’s event.

According to a press release, the Silver Bar & Shield Award is awarded for the dealership’s outstanding performance in motorcycle sales, customer service and overall operational excellence. It placed Gainesville Harley-Davidson among the top 30 dealerships nationwide.

The Platinum Premier Service Award highlights the dealership’s exceptional service department, recognizing its commitment to providing customers with the highest level of technical expertise, customer care and satisfaction. The Gainesville Harley-Davidson ranked No. 3 in the nation.
