COVID-19 Testing in Archer begins on June 2nd from 9:00am – 12:00pm at the Archer Fire Station located at 17128 SW Archer Road, Archer. The deadline to schedule your appointment is May 28th at 5:00pm.
Please call city hall at 352-495-2880 to schedule your appointment. You must have an appointment.
We will need your and family members, first, last name, date of birth, insurance company, insurance policy number, street address with zip code, phone number with area code, sex and race. This information is for the Health Department, it will not be used for any other purpose.
Each person gets an apt slot. Meaning, if there are three people in the same car, you would need three consecutive apt spots.
If you have insurance, we need that information. If you do not, we will still schedule an appt.
Healthcare law requires the Health Department to bill your insurance if you have it. However, you will not be billed a co-pay. In either case (insured or not) there is no out-of-pocket cost to the client.
Also, please only schedule people 10 years old and up. And they ask you to please not have dogs with you.
