My Foodie Recipe: 3 Cheese chicken bake

Sometimes my inspiration comes from cooking shows, and this is one of those times. This isn’t an exact copy, but it’s close.

On the show they used grated parmesan on top of a baked chicken breast, but why don’t we enhance it a little?

Here’s what you’ll need for your 3 Cheese Chicken Bake!

– Boneless Chicken Breasts (I use two)

– Red wine balsamic vinegar

– Sea salt

– Garlic powder or minced garlic

– Paprika

– Italian seasoning

– 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes

– 3 types of sliced cheese

Now, I often feature quick, pretty easy recipes, but this week you will need to do a little more planning. Great food is worth it!

The key to this dish is brining, so you need to allow an hour or two for your chicken to soak properly. Then around 30 minutes of cook time.
