My Foodie Recipe: Ever heard of chaffles?

If you’ve never tried chaffles, you’re missing out. But don’t worry—we’re here to help!

Chaffles are like waffles, only there’s no dough and no white flour. You can eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they’re delicious.

Before you ask: No, they’re not all that healthy—but they’re not unhealthy either, and they’re keto-friendly. No doubt your diet includes much worse.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 jumbo egg (or substitute 2 large egg whites)
  • Half cup shredded mozzarella cheese

That’s it! We specialize in simple.
