If you’ve never tried chaffles, you’re missing out. But don’t worry—we’re here to help!

Chaffles are like waffles, only there’s no dough and no white flour. You can eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they’re delicious.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 jumbo egg (or substitute 2 large egg whites)
  • Half cup shredded mozzarella cheese

To find out how to mix and cook those two ingredients to perfection, listen to (or download) the four-minute podcast episode here.

This is the first in a new podcast series called “My Foodie Recipe” by Larry Wilson, host of the morning show on 106.9 I Am Country. Each week we’ll feature Larry’s latest recipe here and provide a link to the newest episode.
