Who says you can’t do something creative with frozen food?
I’ve got a perfect candidate for a quick lunch or snack—seasoned, breaded frozen mozzarella sticks.
This one comes from a friend of mine on Facebook. I used ingredients from the grocery store for this dish, but you can also use a to-go order from your favorite restaurant.
This recipe is similar to the chaffles we highlighted last month on the My Foodie Recipe podcast. The difference is this one is all self-contained—ingredients and all!
This is great for a quick lunch when you have that office meeting or Zoom call coming up in 29 minutes. It takes no more than seven minutes to prepare.
Here’s what you will need:
– 1 bag frozen mozzarella sticks (best if seasoned)
– Mayo, mustard, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato (or whatever you like on your sandwich)
