A large amount of storage and significant fire load hindered firefighter search efforts, the GFR release stated, adding that a working smoke alarm and all occupants safely evacuated prior to GFR’s arrival. Three neighbors were displaced by the fire.

GFR will continue to investigation the incident to determine the fire’s origin and cause.
