Alachua County Sheriff deputies are currently on scene at 16331 SE CR 2082 in Hawthorne in response to a 911 call received at 4:35 p.m. regarding a shooting.
According to ACSO spokesperson Art Forgey, “We currently have two individuals (juveniles) confirmed dead and one adult that was transported in very critical condition. We are working out the details as to what transpired but at this time we are not looking for any suspects outside the three people we have identified. We believe at this time that it is a murder/suicide type crime.”
