Alachua County Public School students earn 200 perfect scores on state assessments

Alachua County Public Schools (ACPS) students received perfect scores on 200 state assessments this past spring, with 11 receiving perfect scores on two or more exams, the district announced Tuesday. 

According to an ACPS press release, a perfect score means the student didn’t get one text question wrong.  

The students who received perfect scores on at least two tests were:

  • Lincoln Middle School: Keegan Bultemeier, Jutla Avinoor, Yeats Minson, Sophia Williams and Ezra Sawicki. 
  • Kanapaha Middle School: Eric Massini, Easton Robidoux and Olivia Wood. 
  • Oak View Middle School: Sienna Dennis-Sidhu 
  • Archer Community School: Catherine Wang  
  • Hidden Oak Elementary School: Yona Bourgon 

The state exams included the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST), Florida Standard Assessment (FSA) and Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking (BEST). 

Two of the students also received a perfect score on the Florida Alternative Assessment for Exceptional Student Education (ESE) students.
