Beaker & Flask Wine Co. was recognized by Wine Spectator with the publication’s Award of Excellence.  

“This recognition is a testament to the passion and dedication of our team,” said Elliott Welker, founder of Beaker & Flask in a press release. “We’re immensely grateful for the support of our patrons who made this achievement possible.” 

The establishment, located in Alachua’s San Felasco Tech City (13800 Tech City Cir Ste. 311), earned the honor after only being open for five months. The Wine Spectator award acknowledges only places with over 90 selections of wine. Only 1800 restaurants and wine bars in the country have been honored with the award.
