“Coming out of the pandemic, we began a company-wide evolution of how our people work,” said Alex DeBarr, president and CEO of Naylor, in a press release. “Like many companies and associations, we now offer more flexible work-from-home and work-from-office options to all employees depending on their geographic location and departmental needs.

“Secondly, we have begun an evolution away from our larger offices and into smaller, flexible workspaces that have updated digital communication capabilities to enable easier collaboration whether employees are working in or out of our offices. We think this will benefit both our team and our customers,” DeBarr said.

Naylor’s new office in Gainesville represents the new model for the company’s office space. According to the release, DeBarr indicated the new office will be an upgrade to a state of the art, open space that is located in the Innovation Hub between UF and downtown.

“We were fortunate to partner with Matt Luedecke and TriMark Properties, a highly professional and creative group who we look forward to working with as we continue to grow and evolve in central Florida,” DeBarr said.

Around 50 employees are based in Naylor’s Gainesville office and include the company’s advertising sales team members, project managers and client marketers. Naylor is headquartered in McLean, Virginia, near Washington, D.C.  Naylor also maintains offices in Alpharetta, Georgia; Schaumburg, Illinois.; Hunt Valley, Maryland.; and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
