Live Oak Contracting recently broke ground on Phase II of the Park Lane Apartments, which will add 176 new units to the Southwest Gainesville development.

According to a release, Live Oak Contracting, in partnership with Dallas-based developer Tabani Group, will add 20 two-story buildings as part of a $33.1 million addition to the multi-family development. Park Lane Apartments are located at  5900 SW 76th Ct. off of Archer Road (State Road 24).

“This groundbreaking represents more than the start of construction—it’s the continuation of a vision shared with our partners at Tabani Group to create impactful communities,” said Paul Bertozzi, president and CEO of Live Oak Contracting, in the release. “We’re excited to bring this next chapter of multifamily living to life in Gainesville.”
