Colliers International announced that Restaurant Depot, a restaurant supply store, will open in Gainesville in March following a rental agreement from last year.

The new location will mark the 15th store in Florida, and the 45,000-square-foot facility will be in the Tower Center Shopping Center—where Home Depot, Gainesville Wine and Spirits, Martin’s Appliances and others are located off Tower Road.

“Having a high-quality, reputable tenant like Restaurant Depot join our community not only adds to the diversity of offerings, but also creates new job opportunities for residents,” said Mitch Glaeser, owner of the shopping center, in a press release. “Restaurant Depot is a perfect fit for the shopping center and the surrounding area. We look forward to the positive impact they will bring.”
