T-Yummi Café plans to celebrate its grand opening in Butler North on Feb. 27.
The official ceremonial ribbon-cutting and photo opportunity will start at 10 a.m., and the restaurant will officially open for business an hour later.
T-Yummi Café is a fast-casual Vietnamese deli shop reinventing the tradition of healthy, fresh, and great-tasting food. Their menu will feature food made from scratch with four core products: rice paper rolls, pho, banh mi, and a variety of bubble tea. Meals will range from $10.75 to $12.75.
T-Yummi Café is locally owned by My Duyen Thi Ho and Duyen Van, both second-generation Vietnamese Americans who are excited to bring this concept to the “beautiful Gainesville community.”
Customers can expect a series of promotions and giveaways for the grand opening. The first 100 customers will receive free fruit or milk tea and samples of banh mi. There will be raffles featuring grand prizes such as an Apple Watch, AirPods, and T-Yummi Café gift cards of $30, $50 or $100.
The restaurant is located at 2905 SW 42nd St., Suite 60, next to Bolay, and the grand opening is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
