The city of Waldo will be hosting a career and resource fair on Saturday, July 8.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Waldo City Square (14450 NE 148th Ave.).
“We are excited to offer this event to the citizens of this area – who may be looking for help from a local resource like United Way or UF Health Street among others or if they are looking for a job, a change or new career,” said Waldo City Manager Kim Worley.
“We would like for all to come out to the event at the Waldo City Square.”
The fair will provide opportunities to connect and grow in both Waldo and the surrounding communities. The event will include food and families are invited to attend. Attendees are asked to dress for success and not wear jeans, shorts, hats or flip-flops.
