Altidor was arrested on July 15, 2024, in Fort Lauderdale and Jackson was arrested on July 16, 2024, in Hallandale Beach in Hollywood.

Perin is in a federal prison in Seattle, Washington, and is awaiting extradition to Alachua County. Altidor and Jackson are currently in the Alachua County Jail.
