The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) is searching for a suspect who has been deflating the tires of parked tractor-trailers parked overnight at various Columbia County locations.

According to an FHP release, the incidents have occurred during nighttime hours at various entrance and exit ramps along Interstate 75, Interstate 10, U.S. Highway 90, State Road 47 and US Highway 41/441. As of Tuesday, there were six separate incidents reported where tires have been punctured on the vehicle and/or trailer tires.

One tractor-trailer victim provided FPH with surveillance images of the potential suspect, who is described as a young adult white male.
