A Florida couple pled guilty to conspiracy to produce child pornography and production of pornography.
According to a Northern District of Florida U.S. Attorney’s Office press release sent on Tuesday, Timothy Frederick Murphy-Johnson, 40, of Gainesville, and Olivia Ashford Henn, 21, of Orlando entered guilty pleas to the multiple charges.
At the plea hearings, Murphy-Johnson admitted to causing a child to be transported from Corpus Christi, Texas to Gainesville in early June 2023. From June 11, 2023, to July 25, 2023, the child was at Murphy-Johnson’s residence in Gainesville.
During this time, the child was subjected to extreme sexual abuse filmed by Murphy-Johnson and Henn. The couple engaged in multiple conversations – through internet-based messaging, in person and via cell phone – in which they discussed concern about being arrested by law enforcement if discovered.
On July 25, 2025, law enforcement officers investigating the report of a reported child disappearance from Texas, executed a search warrant at Murphy-Johnson’s residence. The child was rescued and Henn and Murphy-Johnson were arrested.
Sentencing for the couple is scheduled to take place at 11:30 a.m. on June 25 at the U.S. Courthouse in Gainesville before U.S. District Judge Allen C. Winsor.
Murphy-Johnson faces a sentence of 15 years to life imprisonment and five years to life on supervised release. Henn faces a sentence of 15 to 90 years imprisonment and five years to life on supervised release.
The case resulted from a joint investigation by the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security.
