Howard’s brother, who was inside the residence, believed Howard was shooting into the residence and started firing several shots out of the residence. Howard fled the scene and was eventually arrested by the responding officers.

No injuries were reported and Howard was charged with two counts of shooting a deadly missile into a dwelling and one count of attempted occupied burglary.
