GPD releases info on sexual offender

The Gainesville Police Department (GPD) released information on Wednesday saying that sex offender Trevor Hruby could have more victims in the Gainesville community.

GPD arrested Hruby, 24, in September for sexual battery of a child under 12 for an incident that occurred at A Child’s Dream Preschool where he worked as a teacher.

According to a GPD release, the investigation revealed that Hruby advertised babysitting services online and was previously employed in the Gainesville area in that put him in close contact with children daily.
