A white Toyota pickup backed into an 11-year-old Lake City girl waiting for a school bus on Thursday morning and fled the scene.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, FHP is looking for the driver and the white Toyota pickup that backed into the girl who was waiting for the school bus at NW Turner Avenue and NW Whitney Glen in Lake City at 7:15 a.m.
The victim sustained minor injuries, and she was transported to Lake City Medical Center.
