An Alachua County Grand Jury indicted Amanda Ruth Copley for murder on Monday.

According to a State Attorney’s Office release, Copley, 47, will be held in the Alachua County Jail without bond.

The indictment stems from an incident on March 31 when Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to SW 22nd Place and detained Copley for distributing fentanyl that resulted in the overdose death of Robert Shane Guzman.
