Suspect changes outfits during GHS burglary

The Gainesville Police Department (GPD) is asking for help identifying a man who broke into Gainesville High School early Wednesday.

According to reports, the burglary happened at approximately 1:30 a.m. The suspect forced his way into the school by breaking a window and then stole several items.

The suspect, a black male, left the scene wearing a different outfit than when he arrived.

Photos captured by security cameras show the suspect wearing a black shirt and plaid shorts and then wearing a white shirt and black shorts as he carried several bags. GPD did not disclose what items were stolen.
