Update: 2 Williston missing children found

UPDATE: (April 24, 11:52 p.m.) Two missing Williston children were located on Monday night, according to a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) release. Both children are reportedly safe.

A Missing Child Alert was issued Monday afternoon for two children last seen in Williston.

According to a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) release, an 11-month-old girl, Ember Willoughby, and a 1-year-old boy, Raiden Phoenix, were last seen in the 4700 block of NE 190th Avenue in Willison on Friday.

Law enforcement is on the lookout for this 2004 Chevrolet Silverado with Florida tag number CYL8411.

The two children are possibly in the company of Raymond Otero, 48, and the three may be traveling in a red 2004 Chevrolet Silverado with Florida license number CYL8411. According to the release, the vehicle could have a red topper on the back and a temporary tag, and my be traveling toward Indiana.

Three are White-Hispanic with brown eyes.

Willoughby is 2-foot-3 and weighs 18 pounds and she has brown hair.

Phoenix is 2-foot-8 and weighs 26 pounds and he has brown hair.

Otero may have tattoos on his legs, is 5-foot-7, weighs 220 and has black hair.
