Williston Police arrest second suspect in homicide

Law enforcement located and arrested a second suspect in the Williston shooting death of Malik Hall.

According to a Williston Police Department (WPD) social media release posted Monday morning, law enforcement agencies apprehended Isaac Williams, 20. The announcement was made after the first suspect – Kentavious Brown, 22 – was arrested on Friday.

Williams and Brown were allegedly involved in the Feb. 5 shooting of Hall on NE 4th Ave. near the intersection of 11th Street in Williston. Hall later died in the hospital on Feb. 7. The two suspects are being charged with premeditated first-degree murder.

WPD officers were assisted by the Levy County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Arrest warrants were issued for the two suspects on Feb. 16
