Suwannee County crash claims 1, injures 3

A 27-year-old Live Oak man died when his SUV was struck by a sedan that crossed into his lane on County Road 250 on Sunday morning.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, a 27-year-old woman driving a sedan west on CR 250 near 153rd Road at 4:45 a.m. crossed the lane and collided with an oncoming SUV traveling east.

Emergency responders pronounced the 27-year-old Live Oak man driving the SUV dead on scene.

The sedan driver and two SUV passengers from Live Oak– a 27-year-old Live man and a 26-year-old man – were all transported by emergency responders to a local hospital with minor non-life-threatening injuries.
