Across North Central Florida, children can get free sports physicals this summer at any Palms Medical Group location before lacing up for the field or court next semester.
The free checkups can be completed anytime during operating hours in June and July. Palms Medical Group has locations in Bell, Branford, Chiefland, Fleming Island, Gainesville, High Springs, Lake City, Live Oak, Orange Park, Starke, Trenton and Williston.

In a press release, Palms Medical CEO Anita Rembert said the company aims to increase access to sports and to help students become the athletes they aspire to be.
