SALARY: $49,655.00 Annually

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1-3 years of IT Operations or technical support experience

· Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

· Experience with Azure or cloud environments

· Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 (or similar)
