Work for a small nonprofit making a big difference locally and globally! As the Community Weatherization Coalition (CWC) Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be predominately responsible for recruiting volunteers and clients for our free home energy tune-up program, co-coordinating our biannual Energy Coach trainings, recruiting and overseeing interns to support daily operations, and representing the CWC at community events and speaking engagements. This position consists of a mix of on-site office work and off-site recruitment and networking activities.  Requirements include: passion for our mission, having reliable transportation, and having superb communication skills. We strongly prefer applicants who have fluency in Spanish. We are looking for a team player who is friendly, outgoing, and can take our volunteer program and outreach efforts to the next level!
