1HUNDRED Fitness will host the Back to School Bash, a free community fitness competition and fair for kids and families, on Saturday, Sept. 19, to benefit Gainesville Area Rowing.
The free family-friendly event, presented by Green Mortgage Group, will run from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at 1HUNDRED Fitness (251 SW 143rd St., Jonesville) and will feature a kids’ fitness competition in which children and their parents can participate together. Attendees also can enjoy raffles, prizes, food trucks and additional activities.
“We wanted to create an event that gets kids moving, brings families together, and gives back to a great local organization at the same time,” said Jon Moller, owner of 1HUNDRED Fitness, in the release. “The Back to School Bash is our way of kicking off the school year with some fun while supporting Gainesville Area Rowing.”
Community members are encouraged to attend, cheer on participants and enjoy the fair-style atmosphere while supporting Gainesville Area Rowing.
