The annual Vet Fest is slated for Saturday at Otter Springs Park and Campground in Trenton.
Organized by ForVets, Inc., the free event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 6470 SW 80th Ave. It will feature vendors, demonstrations, prize drawings, a horse therapy display, games and entertainment.
According to ForVets, there is a significant need for programs and services to offer psychological, physical and educational support. All proceeds will benefit the development and building of the Camp Valor Project, a full-service state-of-the-art transitional facility for veterans and their families.
