2nd Annual Longest Table slated for Friday

The Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce will host the 2nd Annual Longest Table at The Streatery on Friday.

The event will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on SW 1st Avenue in Downtown Gainesville. This community event aims to strengthen relationships across economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds by bringing people together “at the table.”

Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to benefit a local food bank.

Guests will enjoy live music, family-friendly activities, and delicious food from local favorites, including:

  • Fehrenbacher’s Meats + Eats – Smoked Short Rib “Pastrami,” Potato Salad, Red Cabbage Slaw, House Pickles, and Horseradish Aioli
  • Boca Fiesta – Brisket Street Tacos and Sweet Potatoes
  • SquareHouse Pizza – Detroit-style pizzas
  • The Frenchmen Street Food – Cajun Red Beans on White Rice with Grilled Beyond Sausage and Brioche Toast
  • Tinker Latin Food – Tequenos and your choice of Pabellon, Ropa Vieja, White Rice, and Sweet Plantains or Baked Mojo Pork with Onions, Arroz Congri, and Fried Yuca

Tickets are $30 per person and $10 for kids’ meals. Each table will include a Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay bottle, with additional beverages available for purchase from Loosey’s and The Bull.

Sponsorship opportunities include the Community Table Sponsor ($600), Wine Sponsor ($1,500), and Entertainment Sponsor ($1,500). All sponsorships include a corporate table for six, a choice of meal offerings, event signage, stage recognition, logo presence on the Chamber’s website, newsletter, and social media. Wine and entertainment sponsors will also receive mentions in radio ads.
