Alachua County is inviting farmers, vendors, residents and market supporters to share their thoughts on the role of farmers markets in the community.

A brief survey is open to help guide future initiatives that support growers, food entrepreneurs, farmers and small businesses.

“Farmers markets serve as vital community spaces where local growers and makers connect directly with residents, strengthen the local economy, and expand access to fresh, locally produced food,” according to the release.
