The sixth annual Santa Fe Plein Air Paintout will feature 18 artists painting three different springs in the High Springs area.

The four-day event begins Wednesday with public viewing for three days. The final day is an art reception from 5- 8 p.m. on Saturday at Lanza Gallery & Art Supplies (23645 W U.S. Hwy 27, High Springs).

The artwork will be on sale to the public and light refreshments will be served. All the sales will go to the Howard T. Odum, Florida Springs Institute, which is dedicated to preserving and protecting the springs and rivers. The artwork will be on display and for sale until May 20.
