The 2026 “Country Clash: Battle of the Bands” returns to Williston on Saturday, Feb. 21, at Homestead Park.

The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1050 NE Blvd. and will showcase North Central Florida’s top country musicians as they compete live for a $1,000 cash prize and the coveted title of 2026 Country Clash Champion.

The event is presented by 106.9 FM “I Am Country” and will feature Becky Dee from the Boots & Breakfast Morning Show as the guest emcee.  Dee will also broadcast a live remote from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., bringing the excitement of Country Clash straight to radio listeners across the region.

The live remote is powered by La Quinta by Wyndham of Gainesville, which is offering discounted hotel rates of $106 for the event; just ask for the 106.9 radio rate.

Last year’s winners, The Palmetto Kickers, set the bar with their powerful sound, undeniable swagger, and crowd-commanding performance. Now, a new lineup of rising country bands is preparing to take the stage, each determined to claim the crown and earn bragging rights across North Central Florida

In addition to the live band competition, attendees can enjoy anoutdoor beer and wine bar, axe throwing, Fat G’s BBQ and 9-hole tiny golf, making it a full day of fun for music lovers and families alike.
