Dance Alive National Ballet invites children to a “Class with Clara” on Saturday and Sunday.
The on-stage ballet class will start at 4 p.m. both days at the Curtis Phillips Center for the Performing Arts (3201 Hull Rd.) in Gainesville.
The class allows children to have a chance to join ‘Clara’ from “The Nutcracker” for a fun ballet class on stage, with gifts awarded to participants afterward. All ages are welcome
There is no charge for parents/friends accompanying ‘Clara’s’ guests. Plan on sitting in the theatre and bringing cameras. If needed, parents can join their child on stage.
Tickets for “The Nutcracker” are $25 and are available online, by phone at 352-392-2787 or 800-905-2787, or at the box office.
