Dance Alive National Ballet (DANB) will celebrate its 61st season with a “Meet the Dancers” event featuring the company’s dancers, live music, dining, dancing and a live auction on Friday, Sept. 25.
The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention (811 S. Main St. in Gainesville). Click here for tickets.
Hosts Tara Blythe and Todd Chase will lead the evening, introducing the 2027 “Dancing With the Stars” contestants and Angel Award winners before the featured dance performances.
The performance program will showcase DANB dancers performing new choreography by Kim Tuttle, Tales Ribeiro and Judy Skinner. The evening’s live music will feature Stewart Kitts on violin, along with Rodrigo Tremura and Welson Tremura on piano.
Guests will also have an opportunity to meet and converse with the dancers, enjoy dinner and dancing and participate in a live auction. DJ Lewis Stokes will provide music for dancing.
