The Dixie County Anit-Drug Coalition was founded in 2011 by a group of concerned parents and offers services for youth prevention, and has expanded into adult services, overdose prevention, referral to care and recovery.

“Our experience, training, and partnerships allow us to guide our community through assessing, prioritizing, and responding to the most pressing SUD-related issues facing Dixie County.” Christy Roberts, the strategic planner for the coalition said. “By building capacity, leveraging funding sources, and coordinating existing community capital, the Coalition can partner with critical sectors to implement novel, evidenced-based solutions to our rural community’s unique problems. We also assist the community in evaluating outcomes and adapting as needed to stay”

The Coalition is a resource for the Dixie County community who seek resources and help in the pursuit of health and wellness.
