Elder Options will host “Eating for Prevention,” a brain health workshop, on Tuesday, June 24, to celebrate Alzheimer’s and Brain Health month.

The free workshop will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 100 SW 75th St. in Gainesville. Space is limited to 30 people for the interactive session, and attendees must click here to RSVP.

This workshop is designed for older adults and caregivers who want to learn about the role of nutrition in supporting brain function and preventing cognitive decline. The event will include interactive discussions, food demonstrations and tastings, and practical strategies to support cognitive wellness through nutrition.
