Farm Share to host free food distribution event in Melrose

Farm Share will be holding two food distribution events in Gainesville on Friday and Trenton on Saturday.

The Divine Deliverance Church of God by Faith in Melrose will host a Farm Share free food distribution event on Saturday.

The event will start at 9 a.m. and will go while supplies last. The church is located at 3979 SE 8th Ave.

There is no income or household size restriction, and the event is free for everyone.

Food non-profit Farm Share distributes free food throughout the community at its network of food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, churches and senior centers across Florida.
