FWC launches new event request portal

New online portal to streamline public outreach requests
Key Points

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has launched a new online event portal designed to make it easier for organizations, schools, community groups and event organizers to request FWC participation in public events.

The FWC Event Portal provides a centralized system for submitting requests for FWC speakers, educational exhibits, outreach activities and other event participation opportunities.

Through the portal, event organizers can provide information about their event, including the date, location, anticipated audience and requested topics. FWC staff will review requests and evaluate them based on staff availability, available resources and alignment with the agency’s mission and outreach priorities.

After submitting a request, organizers will receive confirmation that it has been received and is under review. Additional notifications will be provided throughout the review process.

FWC encourages event organizers to submit requests as early as possible to allow adequate time for review and coordination.
