The Gainesville Asian Festival is slated for Saturday, April 12, at Bo Diddley Plaza in downtown Gainesville.
The free event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 111 E. University Ave.
The festival will feature a variety of Asian performances from taiko drumming, fan dancing, lion dancing and more.
Food trucks, craft vendors and cultural games, like henna and paper lantern making, will be at the event.
