“It’s just open to anybody that’s a car enthusiast,” said Debbie Remsen, the Gainesville Street Rods vice president, in an interview with Larry Wilson on WPLL 106.9 FM I Am Country. “We don’t make you have a fancy shmancy car. You just have to be an enthusiast and like cars.”

There will be food, music and vendors at the show with all proceeds going to support Stop Children’s Cancer.

“We have been a promoter of Stop Children’s Cancer, that’s been our main platform we try and raise some money to help them out, and since we’ve started doing this we’ve generated north of $221,150,” said Remsen.
